I thought it was disgusting until i realized....he can be an ADC and i main ADC. Give him a freaking caster ADC build b/c E has AD scaling!?

They want him to be an "anti-ADC" and in Theory, he's actually perfect for the goal they have in mind. In terms of actual execution, he's about as well adapted for it as Rengar is designed to be an AP carry (i.e. not well).
