Comcast is the fucking worst for league it only throttles league and when it does it makes sure you have the most wonderful time, especially ranked ping spikes through the roof, worse in fights. Waiting for stats has taken over 10 minutes and still not loaded yet. If you don't want to lose as much I am sure that not choosing Comcast would help a lot.
