Soraka is an easy mode champ - that's how I like em cause I'm a scrub.

9/0/21, start with that 10% cdr. I go with armor yellows, hp reds, ap quints, 3 mr blues and 6 mana regen blues

I always start with coin, 2 biscuits and 2 mana pots

I get sightstone and sweeper asap

then nomads, or one or two of the faerie charms if I can't afford

then talisman, occasionally I will get boots before finishing it

mobi boots always

then ardent censer because it's op

then zekes

and last item usually either deathcap or aegis

In teamfights, just spam to win, heal everyone, be exhausting, silence a fool and see if they get rooted, spam the Q for pro sustain.

Levels 1-3 I go W, Q, E, then max in order Q, W, E.
