How to Fix 33% Glitch (Patch 4.19)

Here's what I did and it worked, the patch actually takes a bit but it won't get stuck at 33%

-Go into C: Files -Open Riot Games -Open LoL folder -Go into RADS folder -Go into the Projects folder -Go through any folders showing the date you downloaded THE MOST RECENT PATCH! -Delete ALL files downloaded with the most recent patch.

IF this bugfix does not work, do this:

-Go into C: Files -Open Riot Games -Open LoL folder -Go into RADS folder -DELETE projects folder -Reinstall the update

This bugfix makes the patch significantly longer--although it is a separate way to fix the bug if the first one listed doesn't.
