Can't leave/change/join game queues+Client Inability to Start?

I hopped into a ranked queue duo queue with a friend, then tried to switch to ranked flex, and discovered I couldn't exit, or edit the game queue. I can't queue up for norms or ranked. I closed client in order to try and resolve the issue by restarting, and now I'm getting a "League has stopped responding" message every time I open it without fail.
