She just seems a bit (a lot) on the strong side for a burst champion. I mean, she can get tanky, and then just 100-0 people pretty much the second she hits 6. Happened to me on Zed...the second that annie hit 6 she flash tibber'd me and I went from somehwere around 1200 hp to 0...rly?
I just feel like her damage is a bit too strong right now.

Annie has all that burst and CC BECAUSE she is immobile. Trade-offs. I like to call her a "Zone of Inhibition" champ. You can do whatever the fuck you want outside of her range, but as soon as you step inside prepare to get torn a new asshole.

When Annie is given mobility is the day this game ends, with mobility her Q would kill everyone. She is pretty balanced without mobility, maybe just a FEW small nerfs to scalings.

You can't just complain about another champion while playing Zed.. you just can't..
All she has is damage and her stun. What else to you suggest that she be given instead? You're not supposed to all-in Annies when they have their stun or Tibbers up, that's kinda obvious...also, if you see one coming towards you, blink, dash or Flash away. That means that they're gonna try and Flash + Tibbers you, and if you don't do anything, of course they're going to burst you down.
Why did no one play Annie when Xerath, Ziggs and Orianna were popular?
Because her range is puny, has no mobility and long range mages destroy her before she even can get into flash range.
Annie (along with Lissandra, Swain and other short ranged burst mages) hard counter melee assassins but get fked up by long ranged mages. Don't want to feed the Annie as Zed? Then roam elsewhere and gank, Annie can't follow as effectively. You don't need to win lane to win game, you just need to stomp every other lane. An Annie with what, 15? 20? extra CS can't beat having a bot and top both stomped with you getting either kill or assist gold.
Mobility is even more cancer than damage.
