Going Mid: Help

So I'm going for the Gold (V) again this Season, playing my Primary two roles - Mid and Support. This is about my Midlaners.

Mid is my most preferred lane (the order being Mid>Support>Top>ADC>Jungle) and the one I tend to best in. The Champions I prefer to play Mid are:

• Runes and masteries help for these Champions?
• Build help for these Champions?
• Who I should avoid picking against whom?
