Blame.

Let's say you feel like you're a Platinum level player but you're ranked Bronze (or maybe Silver) because you got trolled during your placements. Now, every single game you play seems to result in a loss because of poor allies. I mean these legitimate Bronze/Silver players are just so bad you can't possibly carry them. So you're doomed to remain Bronze/Silver forever right?

Well let me tell you exactly how to avoid this. Stop blaming your team, period. If they make mistakes, learn how to help them with these mistakes or how to prevent them by any means possible (maybe a quick chatted tip from a kind, non-toxic, player during pre-lane phase?).

HERE'S WHY: (THIS IS IMPORTANT) When your placed in Bronze, Silver, or even Platinum, you're going to get allies who will make mistakes and this is never going to change. If YOU, yes YOU, don't adapt and instead continue to blame your team, there is but one outcome: you NEVER advance.
