Need to climb from Gold II to Plat X over the weekend!

I'm looking for someone who will be playing a LOT this weekend. My peak MMR was nearly diamond before being shit on by a massive string of I-can't-believe-they-know-how-to-breath team-mates.

You must be good and you must be a solo lane player. I play Jungle -> Mid.

To give you an idea about me, I would say I have S- rank or better 90% of my matches.

I am looking for a lane to snowball all the way to Plat in 2 days.
