Rengar runes
As a lvl 20 summoner with 4080 ip, which runes should I buy for Rengar jungle and which masteries should I use?

attack damage for reds armor for yellows cooldown reduction for blues unsure about quints; attack speed, attack damage, and cooldown reduction are all decent choices here
21-9-0 masteries are popular
make sure you always run tough skin masteries in the jungle; for rengar I would use bladed armor too. as a level 20 your masteries should probably be something like 19-2-0
Cooldown reduction is very desirable for rengar jungle.
You should assume flat runes, not scaling, unless otherwise specified.
Rengar is always oom, so you should get mana regeneration blues. For quints, get gold income because junglers don't get a lot of gold.
If you're planning on going more movespeed:
- Attack speed marks
- Flat armor seals
- Scaling MR glyphs
- Move speed quints
If you're planning on going more DPS:
- AD marks
- Flat armor seals
- Scaling MR glyphs
- Attack speed quints
PS: If you're looking for runes that help you clear faster just remember one thing : attack speed = faster clear, because in increases AA damage. Plus the fact rengo will AA often in the jungle early on.
