Fiora in higher MMRs

So, Fiora has always seemed like a pretty solid champ to me and I was gonna buy her to add her to my top lane pool since its pretty small but then I checked the Challenger tier top laners and all of them almost never played Fiora. Just curious why that is? Haven't had any reason to pay attention to her in particular so I would've skipped over any nerfs she might've gotten. Its just surprising she isn't played.

Fiora is the type of champ whom if isee some1 picking her on my team i just altf4 instantly, it worths losing only 5 LP instead of 20 in a 20 minute rape. It's like pre-rework ashe.

and I didnt add that I checked Challenger because if someone there uses something it must be good, I checked out of curiosity if any of the top laners played her often to kind of show her viability.

they know how to play against it so they are already aware of the super bursty damage and know how to beat it

Top lane is typically expected to be a tank in solo queue, and Fiora is a glass cannon. Also, junglers and teamfighters prefer champions who have at least one form of crowd control (whether hard or soft) in their kit, and Fiora has no crowd control. You can itemize fairly easily against her, as well: zhonyas, morellonomicon, thornmail, randuins, and locket are easy to build against her.

All that being said, if you get really experienced with her, you can probably still outplay your opponents. But, even then, I think Riot plans to rework her eventually, which may make all your practice almost useless.
