I've been looking around and i think only found a post from like 2011 or something, so its a bit outdated. So i wanted to start a current thread, asking what are, lets say, the top 5 junglers who can solo dragon the earliest?

That's a video of EVERY champ doing drag at level 3 just to show it can be done. Yes some needed both buffs and pots but just goes to show :P

can do it at level 2- 1 point in turtle, 1 point in Phoenix or Tiger. The shield will always be up to block its fire, but you will need blue buff.
Not a jungler, but Mid Kayle can do it pretty easily around level 6 or 8 with enough attack speed.
I have pulled off level 2 or 3 dragons with all of these
If you really want dragon that early, just gank bot to take out the enemy bot laners and bring your bot laners to help with the dragon.
My picks for early Dragon takes are 
All of these champs I grab dragon at level 4 solo
possible lvl1 solo
iirc possible lvl1 solo
iirc possible lvl2 solo
as soon as you get blue buff
just grab an AA champ with sustain like oh.. idk
tend to solo drag real early
If your start grog blue run to red back and buy pots most jungelers can solo it after that . early dragons are not recommended most of the time because 6% dmg is not much early on with low lvls and few items to multiply it. also dragon gives very little gold or xp for the effort so you will be under lvld and have to back just after (not to mention if you get caught its easy for the other team to take you out). your better off ganking a lane and having them help you once you kill or force their opponent to back.

Fiddlesticks can do it pretty safely at level 3 and quickly at level 4.
6% damage in early game might not seem like much, but it makes a pretty huge difference in early trades and ganks. It can also give you more freedom to counter-build against your laner without falling as far behind in damage OR rush an early damage item to force them out of lane.
Vi can do it level 3 if you put 2 points in w and 1 in e, but you may need the jungle item first.
Shaco can solo drag level 1 with proper use of boxes.
can solo dragon at level 2/3. I usually get a tier two jungler item, and I save a smite for dragon.
can at 2 for sure. Maybe 1 but I've never tried it. And that's with 9/0/21 masteries.
ALL junglers can do the dragon at lvl 2, ALL champs can do it at lvl 3 and yorick can do it at lvl 3 without losing 1 single point of health
Any champion with trailblazer smite can solo dragon at level 3 immediately after recalling fyi.
Dont believe me? Try it on Anivia or Leblanc and you will.
can do it at lvl 3 at about 4 minutes.
My friend does Dragon at 4 minutes with Shyvana, Shen and Sejuani.
