i get banned for 14 days?!?! after 1 kid reports me.....This kid was talking smack the whole game just cause he had 28 kills, and then once we won, i talk a little smack back, and then i get banned for 14 days!?!?! wtf is up with that!? the kid gets too butthurt and can't handle the shit talking he tried to dish out so he reports me? and of course I'm not an immature bitch, so i don't report ppl for shit talking. its part of the game. I spent so much money on this game already, to be fucking banned for 14 days!?!? this is fucking ridiculous. i want my money back from all the riot points i spent on this game, and just perma-ban my account, idc. give me my money back!

Not only you have an attitude problem, you don't even read the ToS of a game you spend so much money on.

You probably got banned for saying really horrid stuff in your trash talking. Additionally the concept that "trash talking is part of the game" is precisely the kind of behavior Riot is attempting to eradicate from the game.

Riot doesn't owe you anything, they weren't the one cursing and getting banned. And seeing how every 5 words is you cursing, you clearly were a bigger douche then you were in just that one game. You deserve that 14 day ban. Maybe when it ends you will know to keep your mouth shut more or if you don't return, Riot just saved the game from a toxic member, win win.

Just because you put money into the game means jack. At most you might get a little better support, but that isn't a get out of jail free card, you were a jerk, you got punished.

This is the voice of reason many people with pink glasses refuse to listen to. Flaming is the fun in this boring game. Too bad I can't afford a stronger pc to play real games. Only adults flame in an entertaining way while the presumed kids people think cause toxicity cant develop a single coherent Insult. Is the concept of roleplaying in order to relieve stress too complicated for you knuckleheads??? Because riot caters to the weak minded children they turn more and more adults away from paying anything for this now broken worthless politically correct playground. It's revolting how seriously riot takes this time wasting game you only play with friends as background filler.

The whole "he started it" argument doesn't work here, nor does it actually work anywhere in this world. Just because someone else broke the rules doesn't give you the right to do the same.

Also, with the new system, you should have gotten a reform card that contains chat logs of things you said in the game that triggered the ban. If you're so sure that you didn't say anything worthy of a ban, go ahead and post the WHOLE chat logs here, and then we will see whether or not that is true. Based on your original post, though, I have a feeling that you did indeed say some pretty bad stuff and very likely deserved this punishment.

Lastly, you're not going to get your money back. Go ahead and read the ToU that you agreed to before you even started playing this game AND that you agreed to with EVERY patch that this game has gone through. You'll see that legally Riot doesn't have to give you your money back.

I feel for you man, I truly do. I was also banned for 2 weeks and I didn't even cuss at the kid that was telling me to commit suicide. I've never been banned or chat banned otherwise. Only a 2 week ban for using chat, that's it... My only advice is to never spend money on this game again because you probably will be banned for something minor again. They even threatened to permaban me for trying to appeal their mistake! (You were also probably banned by a bot, look it up) Lastly, you can mute everyone in every game you enter. Not joking. Anything else is a risk that Riot claims you're responsible for. You already agreed...
