Can anyone help me with new mordekaiser build?

What you max first is dependent on your lane and opponent: Max Q first if you're in a solo lane vs a melee opponent. Try to hit minions with the first two strikes of Q, then sneak the third hit on the opponent. Max W first in a duo lane. Tons of damage, heals for both of you, and it's passive is great. But seriously, it doesn't seem like his build changed drastically since his rework, besides the capability of going hybrid. Most players suggest getting items like and such. Basically, a mix of damage and health is what he uses best, though I've heard of edge builds like Devourer jungle. I don't know him, this is just what I see.
