How do I carry as a support if my ADC is struggling?

I had a game with Karma and my ADC was struggling badly and kept getting caught out. Is there any way I can carry a scenario like this and I would like some support tips too.

Probably not as Karma. She doesn't have a whole lot to actually save your ADC after he/she has been caught. Karma is a good offensive support in lane. But does't have the same peel or protection capabilities as other supports. In your scenario the best thing you could have done is politely asked your teammates (mid/jungle) for help. I've said stuff like "look we're doing our best down here, mistakes were made and I admit that. But we're going to need some help from you guys otherwise they're just going to continue to get further ahead and become a bigger problem for you all after laning phase is over"

Leave bot lane, go help other lanes get fed. Once the attention is drawn to other lanes, hopefully your ADC can free farm for awhile to catch up

Build Full AP. I build full AP with ALL my supports. As Karma, focus on trying to tether with your W, then ULT+Q and Shield your ADC to either close gaps or get them out of team fights. Most supports I've played and built full AP i get around 20-30 assists per game. If you have Janna, full AP makes her ult heal AMAZING. I played an ARAM where I was healing low health TANKS to full health! It doesn't hurt to start aggressive, hit your abilities and push the enemy away from your ADC so they can farm. Most supports can hold a lane by themselves if you build them right. I used to play Mid Lane Sona for a while, her power chord is OP. I used to main Karma, so focus on gap closing when you can and getting that stun out of your W. In team fights, focus on the team shield (ULT+E). If no shield is necessary, focus on the ULT+Q. If chasing, you can either ULT+E or E the closest person to the target. If your ADC sucks, focus on yourself and get yourself fed. Take a few towers if you can. MOST teams get tunnel vision and don't see the split push.
