Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I've been going on a massive losing streak lately but I don't know how to end it. I get fed almost every match ON MY OWN, then ganks all the lanes that need it, yet my team still somehow ends up going negative because they can't deal with laning. I've been trying everything I can to carry my teams but nothing is working and I may get kicked from silver 1 because of it. Here's my match history, feel free to dissect it it and tell me what else I can do. Thanks for any help you can offer :)

General: wards are your friend. Buy some. Convince your teammates to ward, too. Pay attention to your positioning as ADC. When playing mid, try to protect your ADC lategame. Objectives >> kills. Gank turrets. Kill dragons.

i hope you realize two things:

you are not getting "fed" nearly as much as you think
the game is not about kda-it is about how you use that kda. obviously you are not doing enough to help your team out.

demoted from silver 1 now. losing match was as blitzcrank. I did everything I could but our shaco insisted on soloing their team and caught them up.
