Trouble with item sets. Any help appreciated :)

I have made item sets for Janna and Blitzcrank recently, selected all the items I want to include and have saved the sets correctly. The issue is once I am in-game, I have no way of accessing these sets!! There's no drop down arrow in the recommended items section, no buttons I can click to get me to my item sets. If any of you guys knows a thing about this issue, I would love to have some help here. I put in a support ticket and the employee recommended that I try you guys for help :)
