Jinx, maximum damage

Yep, Jinx main at it again.

OK! So- Fishbones (q): When one hit crits, the whole splash crits. Shiv (item): When one bolt crits, the whole zap crits.

Does do that as well? I'm looking for maximum theoretical damage. I just did an AD test (manamune thing is good for not ooming, but barely makes worthwhile buy UNLESS you buy essence reaver AND get 750/750 mana), turns out Bork is not worth buying. So far, best parse (spectated and used):

I'm just unsure if hurricane crits same as fishbones and shiv. Could you imagine the instant nukage splash damage if so?

Not sure on the hurricane crits, but I do know that the hurricane will do splash damage from the rocket on the two secondary shots too, and they will overlap so you can damage the same target with all 3 shots if enemies are tightly packed.

Hurricane can crit aswell as splash crit

The one problem I see with that build is, you have no item 3035 , or any Armor Pen on any kind. That's pretty much a core item on ADC's, especially one who relies on auto's so much. Perhaps you could switch item 3046 out for .

80 ad, 25% crit ((edge)) 80 ad, 20% life steal ((thirst)) 40% as, 20% crit, 5% move (aoe every 10 skill/attack hits) ((shiv)) 50% as, 30% crit, 5% move ((dancer)) 70% as, triple for aoe targets ((hurricane)) 25% as, movement OR 40 ad, 35% pierce (greaves OR whisper)

Main reason I have pd is for the crit chance. Should I swap boots for whisper? I'd lose move speed, but I'd gain ~17% dmg.

That depends on your team. In lower Elo, where you can't really rely on your team for peel, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, not having boots would make it MUCH harder to kite, as well as position. So I'm not sure, you should probably test it in a few teambuilders or customs with your friends, and see how it turns out.

Or, now that I think about it, maybe you could try a item 3142 instead of item 3046 . You only lose 20% crit chance instead of all 30, and you have massive attack speed with the active, which will greatly help your damage output. And this item provides armor pen, not much I grant you, but it's still better than nothing.

Completely slipped my mind. I would probably go Yom instead of pd. Thanks. And 20 Apen is pretty good since I'm just in charge of destroying the damage, not the tanks ^^.

If anything, I would lose boots for LW or YG. That'd be it really. Trying for highest aoe damage.

item 3031 item 3046 item 3072 item 3035 item 3006 item 3139 That is way too much attack speed when you're one of your q forms is an attack speed steroid, which is the best of the two forms. The other form is really only better due to it's higher range. And runaan's is not a very good item.

I agree, that is one of the better (best?) SINGLE target builds. =) I'm looking for aoe.

Well as an ADC you don't need much aoe, you're job is to hit the safest target in front of you, you should leave the aoe to your teammates, but if you really want aoe then go for shiv, runaan's, as I said before, is not a really great item.

I'm only so adamant because it applies Jinx's Q (fishbones). Which means if they cluster, you have 3 times the damage from runnan and 3 times the damage from fishbones. Add on crits and shiv, and it starts raining money. >.>
