the achievement was ruined by the fact we were already in the 1v1's part of the game, i have a 19 game win streak leading up to this point and hes on such low hp that i get to watch 1 turn worth of action.. it just takes so long to get the stack, not to mention this is the first 9 i have gotten since tft's release or have ever seen in one of my games

I'm not going to lie, 9 unit buffs should be very close to the end of the game. They're incredibly strong, and once you have one, you basically auto-win. If you're getting a 9 unit buff when there's still 4 or 5 people left, living is just RNG with who doesn't have to face you.
There was a team I faced a few weeks ago that got 9 inferno by dragon round (they got lucky units and items, and didn't spend gold on anything but exp). The rest of the game we just sat there praying we didn't go against them.
You got two spatulas (or a spatula and a full Inferno item). I see Inferno Lux a lot more often than that though. It's not really rare at lv 9.
