Red buff and Morello

There seems to be a lot of interest in changing the game in such a way that it is always interesting and allows for new builds/comps. This is the perfect direction to take a the gamemode because that is what keeps it fun! Currently however, red buff and morello makes a variety of builds, and several items absolutely useless. In my opinion, the sheer damage on those items (specifically morello) is far too high - but thats not what this is about. The full, 100%, healing reduction is absolutely a mechanic which needs to be removed. Most comps have the ability to just slap a morello on somone and deny the full enemy team healing. This then makes Bloodthirster, warmogs, and gunblade and all builds relying on these three items unplayable. In every meta there are builds that are worse, but there should never be a build(s) that are completely unplayable because the mechanics don't even work.

Yes there should be healing reduction in the game. No it shouldn't be full healing reduction. In my opinion, cursed blade should be changed to instead of nerfing levels, it should reduce some base stats, and apply grievous wounds (while removing grevious wounds from morello).

The 100% reduction is good as otherwise there would be very little counterplay to shapeshifters or stacking bloodthirster/warmogs but I agree that morello is bit op right now after the buff if you put it on champions that have huge aoe like cho/gp/seju etc
