Item Drops and Buff side bar

I currently find it rather hard to see when or if items drop on the side due to the Buff bar showing off all the kinds of stuff we have active from various champions. I think there should either be a way to move that bar, make it smaller, have it placed differently or maybe a better place to have the items fall so that we can properly use them.
