Looking through some of the code, and found some interesting bits. Previously, most of the content the sites loaded were images, but the weapons and masks/helmet images are are all drawn with individual lines and points, with a few polygons for simple things like triangles. Also, the page's source code actually straight up mentions Ashe: <a href='/content/ashe'> Her name is the only one mentioned though.

Yeah pretty sure, it's not Riven. Ekko is in line for a new skin and it's a weapon that fits him that's seen on the site. Plus it talks about "Kid", "Time", "He" on that page, Riven is not a HE.

All the more reason it shouldn't be Riven. The point of a skin is to be different, and part of that is giving every skin for a champion a different color scheme. Most of the time.

Is it? Than why is Ashe's blue? Before the rework, and even after Fiora's particle effects were pink, what color is the neon in her Project skin? Pink. Those are the same despite being 1350 skins. Besides, does the weapon really look like a bat to you? No. Is Ekko's theme green, the same green as Riven's? No, his is light blue. Would Project: Ekko even look good? No.

Arcade Riven was released not even a year ago. They wouldn't then give her another 1350 skins when over half of the other champs havent gotten one yet. That's besides all the other obvious evidence it's not Riven

Regardless acadmy ekko is less than a year as well. I dont think ekko is the best fit for PROJECT. Will it be good? Maybe. But all the other project champions dont have technological ties to thier identities. Ekko is all about tech to start.

Idk I feel like Riven would have been better, but that's my opinion. Ekko still could be good.

I personally really dislike when people bring up the numbers arguement. The problem with that is if they dont give someone who has a decent amount of skins, the quality of them will soon be outdated. In addition new ideas for skins would go unused.

I completely agree, like look at Kata for example. She is a very old champion hence why she has 8 skins (9 with project). Therefore she's been out longer and has had more time for more skins. It makes logical sense. Even despite that, Riot has said that some champions are just easier to make skins for. Kat is one of those champs. Her character concept is quite simple therefore it's easy to come up with skin ideas that fit her. Darius, teemo, Ashe and a few others fit the same criteria. Just cause a champ has less skins or more skins doesn't mean they do or don't deserve to get a certain skin.

Agreed. However a number of skins in a time period can be ridiculous. Take Gnar and Draven. Both have had 3 skins released in a SINGLE YEAR. That is a logical argument that they would have too many done too quickly.

Ashe has 7 (8 with classic) and yet this will be 8/9 for her, Kata has 8 (9 with classic)...so? Riot doesn't really look at numbers of skins that champs have, they just look to see if they fit the thematic, which Ekko, Ashe and Kata do to them, so that's what we get.

Riot never used the same base colors for alt skins that's one major reason. That is clearly a bat more then a sword. Oh and again, Riven is NOT A HE. The page says "He will alter our odds."

Yes they do, Ashe's is blue, her main color is blue, Fiora's is pink, her main color pre rework and still post is pink. So that's one point that is wrong. Two, how is that a bat? The blade is so much more bulky than the handle, and if you look at Ekko's you would see the combat part of his bat is long and thin, that is neither long nor thin. And there is an obvious edge on it, and while Ekko is edgy, bats do not have edges, but swords do.

Someone is just salty it is not riven. The biggest clue to it not being Riven being that they refer to that Project skin as "He" And then there is the word Time what does riven have to do with Time? Absolutely nothing. You may not like a champion Hell I hate ekko but dude this is so much ekko it is dumb you think otherwise.

But her entire theme is green, Ekko's is a light blue, why is it now suddenly the exact same green as Riven's base skin? And the sword, it looks exactly how you'd expect a Riven sword to. Plus the handle is really long for a blade that short, unless the blade extends, at which point the handle would make sense. Plus "FREEDOM" who in the game wants more freedom than Riven?

Specific reference to a he, not a she. Also Riven wouldn't be considered a kid, but Ekko would.

Look at Ekko's weapon in-game. The pommel + grip takes up a bit less than half the length of the entire thing, and the glowing portion of the business end doesn't quite make up all of the remainder.

The Project blade does seem a tad short, but it's still within reasonable variation.

dang dude you REALLY want to think it is Riven. Sorry but Riven is not a HE, that is not a sword, and since when has Riven ever cared about freedom? If I recall she is more about returning to the pure Noxian vision upon which she grew up. Which is strength, in all it's forms, is all that matters. I doubt she could care less about the enslavement of weaklings. Ekko though, growing up how he did in the place that he did would care about such things as freedom.

It is Katarina. Sinister by choice is a reference to Sinister steel her abilirty. We bear the scars of our actions. She has a scar on her Eye and as far as I know Riven has no scars.

"We bear the scars of our actions" fits Riven just as much as it does Katarina. I think Ambition could honestly be either of them.

Riven is not sinister by choice either. In fact she left the Noxian Army because of the Atrocities they were unleashing not only Ionia but their own soldiers a sinister person would not have cared.

It's called Quality over Quantity. They did the same thing with the Pool Party inorder to make them the best they can. The less they make the more time they can put into each one. Also, pretty sure Ashe will be Legendary at least, cause she deserves a Legendary skin.

Don't get me wrong, I understand that they want to make the skins the best they can be. But I honestly don't see how they can really improve the PROJECT skins unless they make them all legendary,...there's just not really anything else they can add to a 1350 skin. But I guess I'm also just a little butthurt that Zed got a Project skin and my main Shen hasn't gotten one since 2012, even though he would fit perfectly with the skin line...but whatever. I haven't even bought any skins that Riot released this year. It almost feels like they're actively trying to design skins for champions I don't care about.
