I love how instead of getting less items literally every game I now get NO items. Instead i get a near meaningless amount of gold Played 2 straight games with 1 ITEM off 3 minion waves+ krugs Even worse you fixed/buffed like every item in the game so now when i don't get items i feel it even more.
Game is straight unplayable now.
I don't understand why they just don't give everyone the same amount of items. They say it's "for fun" because there is more RNG so it should be more fun. But I disagree, it's not fun at all. Which item you get is random in itself and that's just enough randomness. Having the amount of items random as well is just not fun and feels very unfair.
yes . exactly the same hapened to me . exept for getting no items in the first 3 waves and then facing people with 2.5 completed items on their vayne's
I'm not surprised, Riot just broke the game after this patch. They did almost everything wrong. I don't even understand how they have a playerbase.
i stopped playing. if enough people think theyre steering the game in a bad direction and just dont play it, maybe theyll change these stupid ideas. if people keep playing it means they either like it, or that theyre willing to tolerate it.
frankly, theres better games that arent nearly as frustrating, and i can just play those instead. tft was a good idea that is being wasted by r%%%%%ed decisions.

agree 1g does nothing 2 g does nothing, 5g eh its something but not nearly as worth as a full item when u cant place more then 3 ppl at a time at the start of the pvp matches....

Yep, if you're lucky enough for tons of drops - you can win games even if you play with noob builds. And here's an example...

Most of the RNG in this game is fairly controlled/manipulable/easy to work with, which makes it good RNG (w/ some edge cases like SotD).
The only real problem is literally just item RNG. There is absolutely nothing you can do to influence this and just comes down to pure RNG. This is the definition of what bad RNG in a competitive game looks like.
Also they nerfed some or if not all champions abilities so now you have 0% chance to win if you dont start pvp with a complete item and some more pieces ROFLMAO
I kinda have to agree that not gettin items when others get 2 or even 3 is neckbreaking (the 1-2 gold you might get is nothing lul). Everyone should get a item after a neutral wave (1 item in the first 3 waves).
If you got gold you would've gotten 0 items on the old system
You're still getting what you would've gotten anyway, they didn't magically make it worse just because gold is a consolation prize now
