its kinda sad the fact that riot puts new skins to popular champs and the other who are not "popular" rarely get a skin, idk, what about xerath for example

I can see a Dark Star and Winter wonder skin themed skins to him but other than that not alot can be done, they already have akins in so many colors on him. The same goes for othe simple power designed champions.

floo1 votesAkali has been released not so long ago. You'll be more likely to find someone who first-times Akali than say Mundo. When people learn how to play a champ properly, they get a more steady winrate, so it evens out at (preferably) 50%. If older champs had a lower winrate, they'd be more likely to receive some extra power, if they aren't nerfed for the sake of pro play or being Zoe. Also they already messed up with rash buffs like Aatrox and Kai'sa.

Sure, I personally don't think akali is broken, or even OP. But her kit is so DISGUSTINGLY designed it feels like garbage to play against. I don't care if she has a shitty win rate, as long as her banrate is the highest out of any champion in the game, buffing her won't help. All it will do is make players more likely to ban her, and fuck over people who actually want to play Akali.
She needs a fundamental design change, and as long as her kit is how it currently is, shes better of sitting in the dumpster waiting for the Ryze treatment.
TLDR: Her winrate is irrelevant as long as her ban rate is the highest.

You are right, they don't cancel out each other, I shouldn't have phrased my first sentence that way. But just because something is a fact, doesn't automatically qualify it to be used in an argument.
To reiterate, the fact that Akali's win rate is low doesn't matter because her ban rate is the highest in the game right now. Which is why it cannot be used in this argument.

Apparently this is half true, they weren't meant for all modes but they were intended for Nexus blitz only.

I belive these are for the Clash gamemode, i've seen a post, complaining about Zed buffs , mainly stat buffs, just like these, and a rioter came up and said "These are meant for Clash Changes, they got mixed up with the normal ones"
