the rng on the game will always limit TOTAL champion selection and composition builds unless they double the amount of champions they can select from their store to enable the full 144 champion roster. I know they are going to slowly add them over time, but it is an eventuality and the current system will have to be overhauled to accommodate this.
They're not going to ever include all the champions simultaneously.
If you didn't catch it, they explicitly stated that champions, classes and origins will be rotated out and replaced with entirely new sets every season.
So yeah, they're not gonna be adding champions to it. They'll be replacing champions.
jokes on you. riot's going to make it so you can select the 5 champs you want and all 8 players are going to add their 5 champs for a pool of 40 champs. 1 of each gold cost. and those 40 champs are going to be the pool for every match. bet!
