A setup that beats Glacials at max power, plus a Sejuani "Infinity Freeze" Build to try!
Glacials aren't the problem, I have seen them dominated by a Draven with Nobles, Lucian with Nobles, and Asol with Sorcery. It goes Nobles, Sorcery, then Glacials, and Glacials can be beat if someone does a split champ comp to the best of their diverse creative ability. Therefore the absolute best is Nobles and Sorcery, which continues to prove cannot be beaten by an off meta setup when the meta setup has its favorable luck. It doesn't take much for the meta to dominate once it has all Tier 2. full champ comp, and "the corner main" ready with its 3 items to shoot at fullest range distance. I can say right now, the end game on average for a TFT match, is almost always between Nobles and Sorcery like it's a gang rivalry battle between the 2, and everything else doesn't matter when they both go perfectly. So it becomes a match between Godzilla vs King Kong pretty much! Definitely though, it's not exactly the champ comp that needs the nerf, but it's the individual champions within the champ comp that need a nerf on their power boost. Lulu, Asol, Draven, Lucian, Gnar, Sejuani, Tristina, Miss Fortune, Vayne, and Ashe can all use a nerf in some way, whether it's by passives, mana cost to use ults, the ult ability stats itself, or even fire rate of the individual champion alone. The rest of the champions are fairly beatable and not to much of a problem. Cho-Gath has a bit much health for a Tier 2 and especially at Tier 3, so I must say he needs a health nerf similar to Gnar as well, and Gnar deals a lot of damage, including the stun swipe upon shapeshifting so he can use a nerd to. Brand can be a problem when used as a leftovers champ due to how his AOE ult lasts for so long while dealing so much damage, to a point he can seem overpowering, but I also have breezed through Brand more often than the others, so it doesn't seem like he needs much of a nerf, if any really compared to the others. Usually Brand is taken out before the ult even goes off, and at most usually only gets 1 or 2 ults off, which 2 or more can be a bad thing for sure.
(Below is what I've used for fairly consistent victory within the current meta, and if not 1st place...at least 2nd-4th place on average, without going any lower out of 10 games, which feels pretty good. I've also won 4 matches 1st place in a row with what's below! I'll add that while this isn't a common meta setup overall, it's definitely what I consider an "unknown potential meta" setup, that can prove a challenge for victory against the well known meta, due to how often I win with this setup despite the current meta.)
Kassiden - Warwick - Garen - Aatrox ------------------- Sejuani - Nidalee - Elise ------------------------------ Gnar or Swain - Karthus, Gnar, or Swain - Varus, Swain, or any preferred ranged
( I almost forgot...this setup can crush, wreck, and massacre a full assassin team comp at end game, just make sure you position your champs properly! I usually keep my champs in the same positions above, depending on my opponents setup though, and whether it's still working. Positions usually aren't changed much until mid to late game. For assassins, I like to keep the position the same as above, but right in front of most of their assassins which seems to work almost everytime with the right build.)
(The must haves as mains I prefer are Garen, Warwick, Nidalee, Elise, and Gnar, while the other options are preference based with team comp consideration, also being Swain is so powerful that choosing to have him with all Shapeshifters besides Shyvana can be fun to destroy multiple champs with. However other options like Karthus instead can be just as powerful! If you're not high enough level or don't have Force of Nature to have both, you can replace what you feel is weakest of your champs to have Swain or Karthus active. Not to mention Sejuani and your ranged options as well, depending on the match!)
Garen

Warwick (Zekes replacement image below, also 1 more Force of Nature is optional here)
"
"
Elise

Nidalee, or Gnar

Karthus, Aatrox, Cho'Gath, Swain, or any preferred (Cursed blade is optional here)
"
"
Varus, Sejuani, Swain, or any preferred

(Optional for additional damage items or replacing items like Hextech Gunblade or Rageblade according to your RNG luck
)
(Note you can put Hextech Gunblade, and Titanic Hydra on Nidalee, Gnar, or even Warwick instead...also you can put Zekes not only on Warwick, but instead Nidalee, or Elise as well, since you want Zekes to be in the middle of your champs, so that as many get the buff as possible!)
2 Optional Items for Garen or Gnar are
(Sword Breaker and Phantom Dancer), plus any of the Spatula combos that make for a "Demon, Knight, Glacial," Blademaster, or Assassin Class add-on...
This is "The Team" that can defeat the meta when done perfectly overall, but is much harder than using the meta, requires some luck of course, yet is way more fun due to the diverse options on the fly: (By Late Game Have) Tier 2 or 3 Garen, Tier 2 or 3 Warwick, Tier 2 or 3 Nidalee, Tier 2 Elise, Tier 2 Varus, Tier 2 Aatrox, Tier 1 or 2 Gnar, Tier 2 Sejuani, with "a side of (leftovers)" as Kassiden Tier 2 or 3, Tier 1 Karthus, and/or Tier 1 Swain, with other options to swap with Karthus, Kassiden, or Swain. Also Tier 3 champs are best, but can be done with at least only 2 or 3 Gold Tier 3 champs with this setup. I have also won with all Tier 2 champs with this setup, and most of the items above. Most importantly Frozen Heart, Hush, Zekes, Force of Nature, Hextech Gunblade, and Titanic Hydra being enough on average to beat Glacials, and perhaps a bit of luck. Definitely possible to beat the best of Glacial with all the items above with minimal luck as far as both being their best goes. However Sorcery and Nobles can still seem impossible, unless you are 1 or the other, but this team can beat that meta as well, only if you know what you are doing more than the player, and luck is more in your favor.
I have tried a carry match with Sejuani that went
in any order, and I remember it got me to 3rd place, and every other player before that was a breeze! Also I hardly tried to find champs I wanted because it was all about Sejuani! However there was still more items involved for the other active champs I had, but not very many since it costed a bit of Tear Drop items, and patience for Sejuani alone. I did get Sejuani to Tier 2 for this, and I did not have other Glacials, although that would be interesting with this build. I can say right now, that Sejuani with Sojin Spear and Rageblade alone, is the equivalent of Full Glacial Champ Comp alone, without the rest. Sejuani, is the Iron Man of the Glacials, and definitely can use a nerf as far as enjoyable competition goes.
(Finally, it might be possible by leaving items in your inventory unused, that you get items you may likely need more, with that item...than if they aren't in your inventory, but is just speculation more than a proven fact.)
