https://i.imgur.com/CnqxMNt.png[/img] <------ "1" Little Legend if it's Legendary status can cost up to $200 or more, is still not guaranteed, and you gamble for it with no open world exploration! At least grant the option to guarantee the Legend after say $25, because $200 is just a RIP OFF! I will stick to just the skins for now Riot, until you change this to be reasonable at LEAST.

Also your Net Worth Riot is worse than Rackstars, so consider that to, that you don't make as much. When Riot shows a little more reasonable respect, I will respect them more like I did before Little Legends released.

Whoever is in charge of the prices, and evaluation did a terrible job with the Little Legends costs overall, as the chance rate of 2% screams careless absurdity at best by Riot, and this should be changed soon if they care at least a fair amount.

Simply put, a Little Legend should never cost $200, not even for a free to play game, and the only people that would pay that much for a Little Legend they want to see drop, is someone who doesn't defend against nonsense that isn't necessary, and is among the sheep who don't know how to tell the difference between right and wrong. It's absurd to charge $200 or more for something that does nothing for the overall game, and is 1 of the worst costly items I've ever seen in a free to play game, which I only play quality games, so if something is absurd, it's absolutely absurd among the competition! Riot should at least have the courtesy to charge say $25 for any Little Legend we want, but if I am going to pay for a Little Legend, I won't pay more than $10-$15, because Riot "ALSO requires" 3 of the same Little Legend in order to evolve it! Not to mention that with even $15, you can buy a fairly fancy dinner, or go see Avengers Endgame in I' Max! The cost of $200 to gamble for a preferred Legendary Little Legend is greedy, and very desperate.

(They have options to make it reasonable, but right now, they are far from having everyone purchase a Little Legend, at least according to the "Main Link" below. Also in the "Secondary Link," some object that the gambling system is not absurd, but there are many who disagree as well according to other posts on the Forums....)

There is literally no reason why any of these things need to be hidden by lootboxes besides greed.

Speeking of sheeps.. if there were none throwing their money at cosmetic nonsense there would npt be a problem in the first place. But tbh... since there are enough to see a Level3 Legend the very first day you can buy one in the very first game I played I'm starting to feel like having no RNG-offers is actually a bad buisness decision these days... -.-

Two more things:

  • League comes unlike the games you mentioned at a price of 0$. You can play and enjoy the entirety of game thousands of hours without Riot seeing a single dime from you.

  • And would be PLEASE not list POKEMON out of all things as good examples. For years now this series is low effort trash with zero improovements/inovation/creativity. The single most succesfull franchise of all time and its games are made with the budget of an Indie... Hell every second fan game has more interesting content than main line titles had lately...

I am not a fan of having to gamble for the Little Legends instead of being able to buy them outright, but your math is WAY off.

In any series, there are 18 variants (3 legendary, 6 Epic, 9 Rare). Each variant has 3 levels, and when you've reached the 3rd level of any variant, it is removed from the possible pool. That means completing the entire series will require 54 Eggs. Since you can buy Eggs in batches of 11 for 4900 RP, it would take 5 batches to complete the series (4.9 batches actually, so you'd have an egg leftover). At 4900 RP per batch, that's 24500 RP to complete a series. 24500 RP is about $170 in RP ($100 = 15000, $50 = 7200, $20 = 2800, $170 = 25000 RP).

That means a collection which includes the 3rd level of all 18 Little Legends, including 3 Legendaries, in a series costs about $170, which breaks down to about $9.44 per Little Legends, or if you consider each level a separate Little Legend, then it's about $3.15 per Little Legend.

I imagine the reason they did the lootbox system is to keep the Legendaries rare, which makes a bit of sense. The Legendaries wouldn't feel Legendary if everyone had them, which is what would happen if they were priced the same as the others. If they didn't do the lootbox system, what would they need to price the Legendaries at to keep them as rare?
