Honestly I thought Hextech was OP bullshit. Then I saw the items on PBE...
And now I think Hextech is still OP bullshit! But holy shit they can't nerf it in an environment where you can create artificial yordles, have a 3 item carry with just Thieve's Gloves, and all the other nonsense. Items just became even more powerful and the disparity is going to be noticable.
