Because he’s a shitty assassin that can’t 100-0 any champion unless he’s absolutely smurfing on them.
He’s a support with an execute. Hardly an assassin the same way Talon/Zed are
Don't forget he also gets 70 armor more from aftershock.
Dude, don't bother asking this, I asked before about his 130 at level 18 and people kept telling me "He can't build HP."
Like somehow not being about to build HP stops him from buying armour, 2 completely different stats.
