I left TFT for a Month and the game completely changed

And its murdered for me.

I LOVED TFT. I had to stop playing this last month due to full time job + Studying really takes up your time. But looking at the TFT Meta, studying its champs, comps, was something i liked to do.

Then it completely changes. Look, i get that you want to keep the game Fresh, but this isnt it. This completely removes any motivation of wanting to invest in the game, even on a casual standpoint. If everything i learned just got thrown into the trash, i dont want to waste a single second on this game mode. Its the most frustrating thing imaginable.

I literally entered the game and didnt understand one fucking thing or champ. Like, no. Done. I had high hopes for TFT but if the meta is going to shift like this every couple of months, fuck this, and fuck riot.

so you want the game to stay exactly the same for it's entire lifespan?

You want attention? What is this shitpost? Every 3-4 months the sets change, new ones come. If you want the same jinx hextech brawler for the next 10 years then sorry this game is not for you

It was a well-marked beta test prior to this. Now it will probably rotate a few times a season.

general strategies that you learned from last set should still transfer to this one. You'll have to completely relearn comps and what items are strong on which champions, but things like level timing, econing, positioning (to some extent), etc should still transfer to the new set.

That said, I peaked d4 last season, and have managed 1 top 4 finish this set out of the 10ish games I've played so far. It's taking me way longer than I'd care to admit to learn this set.

The fact that RIOT managed to completely ruin TFT in only a few months is amazing
