I refreshed 31 times just to get a tristana at lv 6

I have been one tristana short from tier 3 and i had to refresh 31 times not counting the auto reset rounds ones. This is so sad can we get kindred a skin. Ended up losing anyway because mordekaiser made her 100 hp and i got smacced.
