You mean that trading in lane isn't something Support Blitz does?

Less armor means less resistance to poke and minions, it's definitely a supp blitz nerf too.

Where's the joke? That the balance team figured out the correct nerf in record time?

The only thing that saddens me about this is the fact that a champion's defensive capacity is once again nerfed to buff their offensive capacity.
