Voice Chat kicks you out of TFT when queued with premades?

I was 6 man queued for TFT, and as I lost & even selected "Keep Watching", I got kicked out of the group. This shouldn't be a thing since you'll have to wait for your premades to finish anyway, please fix this.

Also fix the part where everytime we wanted to Play Again, we had to make a new group each time we finish.
