Intentional or a bug?
My 2 star vayne had rageblade, rageblade, and Shojin in prep for my olaf/ezreal. Sold her and only got the rageblades. Shojin was deleted from item pool. Is this a bug or do items get deleted on purpose.

Did you have enough space for items ?
If you had too many items on your item bench it will delete already made items if it's not on a unit or if you clear your item bench by making complete items, it's happened to me before it really sucks and shouldn't happen but that is the work around to prevent it.
