so now that rapid no longer make all autos not miss how does glacial rangers/assassins/jinx brawlers/knights deal with phantom dancer yordle shyvana teams?

Well since yordles for the most part have fairly poor health compared to their peers on each tier you could always brute force them down. A reasonable yordles comp is generally only 60% dodge chance. Stacking up against slingers or blademasters they're usually will still get pounded from the sheer volume of attacks.

If you're unwilling to go either of those you could always try to add the Wild bonus into your comp somewhere, assassins generally fit it in quite nicely, as do shapeshifters and some brawler variants.

And of course you could just use sorcerers or elementalists seeing as they can't dodge spells at all.

Honestly there's plenty of counterplay options against yordles and they're hardly much of an issue atm, especially with the recent nerfs to poppy.
