Can we at least have 1 game of demotion protection from diamond to plat like wtf 2 unlucky games(5th-6th place) after my promotion, I was back to plat again

There are no promotion games, so I believe it's correct to don't have demotion protection.
But a good game or two should put you back into diamond right?
gold 4 seems to have demotion protection, I went about 8 games 5th to 7th and didn't get demoted.
in fact I went 10 games from hitting 0 lp in G4 to my next top 4 including 2 8ths without losing G4.
considering only you is in charge of your match, shouldn't you just be able to climb back if you deserve it?
god wtf one single game of fifth place back at plat 1 again like wtf? I don't even lose 25 lp for getting 5th place.
Please stop. You really have a better system up there than promos. You really want promos there? What you're saying implies you'd otherwise be stuck in promos.
