Phantom Dancer is bugged. Make it so crits do normal damage instead of missing.

Silly that any item would make crits outright miss in this game. I literally watched a Vayne with NO ITEMS (NO CRIT BOOST) shoot another Vayne with an PD 5 times and miss 5 times because she was getting "lucky crits"

In this game units crit literally all the time, like 30% or more easily, I watch units with PD dodge 50% of attacks in a battle frequently.

I understand how valuable the item is for countering assassin and crit ADC teams, but it would be easy to make it more balanced without taking the power away. Making crits do base damage instead of outright missing would accomplish this.

The point of the item is do protect from getting 1 shot, not to make it so that half the attacks launched on you miss. Please fix Riot.
