FIORA DOUBLE VITALS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE FO OVER A YEAR FIX IT

I'm really sick and tired of having an enemy show up with 2 vitals on them. One of the vitals is fake and there's no way to tell them apart It makes it completely impossible to set up a solid engage for the fight, and quite often with Fiora 1 vital can mean the difference between dying and getting a triple kill. Without fixing this bug you are leaving this champion to a major disadvantage and crippling her by not allowing players to take full advantage of the kit.

It seems like every so often they patch the bug for a while and then it just comes right back. Please riot take some time to do more quality testing and find a patch for this problem that WORKS AND KEEPS WORKING.

over a year? this bug has been around since she got reworked. so way over a year.

my only guess as to why its not fixed yet is:

pinpointing what causes this bug didnt happen yet or
riot is too lazy.

for once i actually say its not riots lazyness. i think its the first option

Honestly it could be both they could be having a hard time locating the exact cause of the bug, like it took nearly a year for them to fix Diana's E pushing enemies away instead of pulling them in. It wasn't fixed until 9.6

I've gotten this quite a few times. It is beyond annoying, especially if you Q in which is no put on a longer timer cause you didn't proc a vital lol
