She ults way too fast. In mid-late game she can ult literally in every second. it means your champions are constantly cc-ed into the air while her team is unkillable. I removed her with Blitz hook but it didn't matter since she just ulted in every second and was totally immortal. There is no counterplay for that, she needs to be nerfed.

I understand all of this but you cannot change your item set between two opponents. You are lucky enough if you manage to build a perfect counter from the beginning of the game. But how should you know at the beginning that you will face a gold lulu in the last rounds?
