it's because pro-play isn't fawning over him yet. Champions are generally allowed to be this strong in solo queue until outcry forces their hand like it did with Riven.

Nobody played Kled because he is boring & have a huge wall of text. The length riot goes for powercreeping the hell out of toplane is insane.
Atleast its not the usual, yes they should do something about it soon but be glad its not vayne or lee sin or khazix, etc.
because kled doesn't piss people off as much as riven does. or reneketon,vlad,or any of the meta top champs. if you haven't noticed the people who complain the most about kled are abusers of those champs. and at the end of the day its kled. he's simplistic and has far more counterplay then a riven does. so people don't really think he's an issue. this means he'll go un-nerfed just like jinx for a long time because at the end of the day nobody really cares.
