Riot! Suggestion for you! Option for Item Exchange

This just makes sense to me in TFT, give players the options to exchange/change items for different items!

Rundown! I started out and I combined some items into (lets say a Redemption) a item early because that's the RNG that I got. I used it and it worked (or didn't) but now I have a few more items but actually I have a new comp because that's kinda what I been handed and I don't actually think the Redemption Item is worth having anymore.

So my suggestion is 1 of 2 things.

1. Give the option to Exchange it out for a different item provided you have the components and maybe you are missing a component that you had previously used to fulfill an Item. So say (with the redemption scenario) I had used a Giants belt component but now my comp really could use that Belt and turn it into a Red Buff because for 1 i actually have the other component to make the Red Buff but also for 2 there is a lot more Healing comps I am running into later. So now I would have the option to be more diverse the later the game goes in response to my opponents (this of course could come with it's own drawback, say for example you did want to use that Belt for a Red Buff, well if you break down that item it means you can only save ONE of the components! So you would still net just 1 item(s) overall)

2. Actually that's it, I had another suggestion but honestly I think that change I suggest is so good and everything else is not.
