So there I was, just skimming through OP.GG decided to take a look at my new role BOT to see how Xayah/MF/Heimer are doing since those are literally the only Bot laners I can win with.

Low and Behold there goes the Frost Queen Herself sitting pretty with a ridiculous WR and the 3rd Highest Pick Rate of AD's

Is she really that good? I know that Q being able to reset AA was like a big deal or whateva but THAT BIG?!?!

In lane she can be pretty silly with the W poke and whateva but i don't get how she is doing so well? Does she just hard smash these matchups so hard and just snowball off it consistently?

Riot buffed her when she had 52-53% winrate for her new skin What were you expecting her winrate to be when she got buffed on high winrate?

Yeah. She's surprisingly strong.

Still a significantly below average banrate, though. Nobody ever really thinks of Ashe as being strong, though, so that's probably why.

Everyone looks at ADC and goes "ah yes. Damage" But that isn't Ashe's strength.

Ashe is a utility carry which means that while she is far behind many other ADCs in damage dealt she can carry games purely by enabling other champs on the team.

Ashe as a utility adc wont hard carry like other ADC champions, but you dont need to hard carry when you are enabling your teammates. So what if you dont get the crazy damage number, you won. This is the key difference in mindset when playing ashe. Its not about getting the crazy pop offs. Its about ulting priority targets so that your teammates can deal the damage for you.

Because Riot buffed her when she didn't need it. Either it was for Worlds (even though she hasn't been picked once) or it was to sell her legendary skin

She is fairly easy to play in the right hands, because of her kiting and her chasing, because of the auto attack slow mostly. However he damage is also pretty good too, in fact I found let less underwhelming than other adc's such as draven and Xayah (especially xayah). Then there is here vision control. That is self explanatory but not the biggest reason why she is so strong. Her ultimate.... Well.... its not too strong when your trying to snipe someone across the whole map because of its thin hitbox, but at mid range or up close this is really what dooms enemy adc's because of that heavy stun. But then again, she is very easy to gank against if she overextends because she has NO way of escape whatsoever, which makes assassins like rengar, kha'zix and kayn her living nightmares.

Her built in Frozen mallet. I truly feel riot went to far with slows now & not just hers. The persistent slow makes it too easy to get kited/chased not just by her but her team.

Plus those unnecessary buffs she got for her new skin. It's way to obvious.

She's at 55 and I still don't know why she has slow In her aa. She already has ways to protect herself like her w and her ult but no riot has to literally give slow at every aa. Remove that and ashe will be balanced again. Legit is there any reason why she has such a privilege? Oh but she's immobile yea so what? I just said she has ways to protect herself, varus and kog maw are also immobile but they don't get such a boost. Remove slow in her aa asap

She does ridiculous sustained damage with the longest AA range in the game plus a slow on every auto that lets her kite away from anything and chase down anybody who oversteps.

She's extremely forgiving to play and extremely punishing to play against. If you don't have a minion/health advantage, you simply can't trade without losing half your health bar trying to get away.

ashe is busted right now with her insane poke, slows on everything, ult setup that can go through minions to start off a play, her long range on autos and W making her incredibly braindead to play against. you will end up losing skirmishes against her because she pokes the shit out of everyone with no consequence
