After the chicken stage of Tft, we need longer set up time.

In the beginning of the game, managing one, two champs doesn't take much time, but later on in the game when we need to position, re-roll, combine item, it feels like there's not enough time. Even an extra 5-10 seconds between rounds would be helpful.
