Adding more Champions to TFT is a dangerous road with the Game's current RNG

Even in its current phase, what i consider TFT's most frustrating thing after the ITEM RNG is the Champion RNG. I have had games lost because i couldnt get a crucial unit to level 2, even after literally spending 60+ Gold, throwing away everything because i needed literally 1 more of that unit and it didnt show up in more than 30 rerolls.

Adding in more champions further decreases the already potentially low RNG chance of getting the one you want, unless something else is done.

If Riot plans on adding more Champs and origins like Twisted Fate and who knows what else, either A. We need 6 slots to choose from in the champion rolls or B. RNG needs to be tweaked to have higher chances for champs you have. Say like 5%+ chance for a champ you have 1 unit off, and 10%+ for champs you have 2 units off waiting to become a tier 2.

Obviously this would have to be carefully implemented as well to avoid many people getting multiple Tier 3s, but i think its more frustrating not to be able to at least get that Tier 2 you really need to round out your comp

I think I heard that they'd add new champions while removing the same amount from the current roster so this doesn't happen.

I could be wrong though.

If that is the case, it's a good idea because it makes sure there isn't really any single good composition at all times.

Omg this is one of those bad at the game, so instead of improving, I call the game unfair posts. "B. RNG needs to be tweaked to have higher chances for champs you have. Say like 5%+ chance for a champ you have 1 unit off, and 10%+ for champs you have 2 units off waiting to become a tier 2." This is already implemented into the game if you're a good player and actually pay attention during the game. "A. We need 6 slots to choose from in the champion rolls" This is just uneccesarry. I'm not going to sit here and explain to you why that would make no sense because the explination would be too lengthy and I'm lazy, but there's literally no need. Look up an autochess guide or something, I think you're very unfamiliar with the hidden mechanics of the game like champion stock and how to consistently have a strong comp. Luck really only effects the start of the game and there's a reason the top 3 places are considered a win and 4th is considered a draw. If you're a good player, it's easy to consistently get top 3 every game and therefore be winning. I don't think there's been a TFT game I haven't gotten at least top 3 in while trying, and I've played a lot of TFT.
