add an item shop?

as important as items are right now, it really feels bad when you don't get any or any good ones. Rolling 50 gold just to get that last darius for t3 and then not getting it sucks aswell.

So let us use gold to buy items. this will give econ strats some extra alternative, this will allow for teams to both counter and counter that counter through items. ex: Assassins get fucked by just a beefy sustain unit with a phantom dancer. Players will have easier access to those PD, but the assassin player will also have access to reliable RFC.

i just feel like it would feel better cuz you have better control over your setup.
