A few Nerf suggestions

Way too op allowing many champs refreshing ults quickly sometime creating perma cc its creating a Rift problem like stacking 
on 
a long time ago or everyone getting sated devour. if you don't have it and they have one youre at a disadvantage
Shorten the duration from 5 seconds to like 3 seconds
Suggestion
Make them unique passives
His ult makes no sense because it can reach all the way across the board where hes not even close by I suggest shortening the range
She is way too strong with her attack speed with the ranger, ult, and glacier passive I suggest lowering her mana generation
Just lower the damage a bit he already drains mana making it strong.
