Champions stupidly standing still doing nothing

Can you please fix the champions from standing still and not attacking or moving when they should be moving or attacking.

It's a stupid common bug too that can cause you to lose regardless on how far ahead you are making you feel your skill or planning doesn't matter.

That already happens thanks to item distribution.

But it's actually shocking such a simple bug hasn't been fixed yet. Will hopefully be fixed for live ranked.
