Allow players to surrender after the 2nd carousel

If Riot decides to fuck your early game by giving you unnecessary champion shards that you don't need, or say giving you 10+ different champion shards which negates you to upgrade a single Tier 2 champion, we should be allowed to surrender early just to end the suffering.

No one likes to play a Ranked match where it's determined on how shitty the RNG game is.

To be honest, you can still come in top 4 in ranked regardless of a shitty start. Build economy and even if you don't get 2 stars, first on carousels helps a lot. By second carousel, you can get a second spatula, combined with your econ that has allowed you to outlevel others, you'll have a huge numbers advantage. Granted, it's a terrible start and you'll likely not get first, I consistently get top 4 if I'm screwed early.

That being said, can't you surrender at any time? I didn't think it was gated. Just press esc and then surrender yeah?

Also, you say champion shards you don't need? Do you mean you're trying to force a comp and not take what's given? Like, you wanna do knights, but it gives you 3 graves, but you don't want graves, so you opt out of getting 2* graves? Or are you saying, you have a whole bench of options and your options never come up?

Does that even matter when you can lose LP from 3rd and 4th place?

The whole "You will progress by placing 1st-4th in our 85% RNG filled game" is well documented to be false at this point.

Losing LP at 3rd or 4th is uncommon and only happens if you're against people you should be beating anyway. I haven't actually seen anyone lose LP for 3rd yet. And yes, being good in poker will still have you be good in poker. Being good in TfT will still have you be good in tft. If you're consistently 1-4 place, you will progress.

You already can surrender after you get into a TFT game.

Option your game settings menu and it'll be at the bottom next to the "leave game" button.
