I've been matched with ''bot players'' 2 times now when i played normal TFT, they all play like bots, they all do the same thing, they dont buy any champions or try to win, they dont pick anything from the carousel, they are just AFK??

That's weird. I played over 60 TFT games and never seen this.
Why are you playing normals and not ranked? Ranked will put you against more similarly skilled players. Haven't seen a bot yet in a ranked game either.. Guessing normals you will see bots because less chance to report (if you even can).
I've joined a game and had it freeze on the loading screen a few times. By the time I reset the computer (can't force close the program) I'm too far behind, but still can't surrender until I'm below 50HP. So I alt-tab until I can leave. Maybe something like that happened?
