How to Fix RNG? It's not what you may have thought

I want enough money to be 1 1/2 levels OR enough gold to fulfill that. If I choose to; Checks and balances and yeah this is spit balling but that to me is "more fair" and gives me something that they don't!

Yeah your items are great but with my change I would have more Champs OR more Gold to save and build later, OR I would have more Set Bonuses!

This to me is just a better bigger and "more fair" bandaid then trying to fix something that isn't really fixable, RNG is something used to be unfair and random so rather than try and create some perfect RNG which won't happen ever; let's see about giving players other resources that give them capability that those items don't provide!

I don't think getting lucky is a bad thing and with this change being unlucky through items just means you have a different advantage instead of being completely at a disadvantage, problem solved.
